Sleep


Sleep is the most commmon thing everybody do in the world. No matter if they do it at different times or if they do it with their eyes open. Sleep is good for you it makes you feel refilled. Sleep is made to make you put your body at a rest and use less energy. Sleep is also makes you regain this energy. That is the reason you feel refilled when you wake up from a good sleep. Sometimes you might feel that you want more of this sleep because it just feel so good. Sorry cause your body is telling your brain u have enough engergy so wake up. Don't worry your going to have some sleep again later this day.
